Based in Barcelona, Alma Light is active in the indoor and outdoor lighting sector. The history of Alma Light began in 1989 when the Cubiñá family founded HUSTADT ILUMINACION S.A., a company engaged in the distribution of lighting systems - mainly on the Northern European market. Over the years, the company gained the essential know-how to upgrade and move from distribution business the development of its own lighting solutions. In 2003, Alma Light was founded. From its first productions, Alma Light expressed contemporary design strongly influenced by its home region, Catalonia. The company chose to focus on aesthetic and material innovation to become a leader in the lighting sector, exporting its products globally.
