The Vergés company is located in the Garrotxa, province of Girona, a rural region located halfway between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees. Founded in 1970, Vergés was born as an artisan brand of wicker chairs and then evolved over the years and expanded its production towards other product categories such as tables, coffee tables, stools, armchairs and easy chairs. This evolution required the use of the most modern technologies and the optimization of resources to transform the original workshop into a modern and dynamic factory. The current driving forces of this new era for the company are Esteve and Joan, the founders’ children, who always remain faithful to its roots, vocation, tradition and attention to detail. These principles are reflected in the current collections, where a dialogue is established between artisanship and modernity, and innovation goes hand in hand with quality materials and design.
